Bobby Jindal's not so impressive intro

It was on Bobby Jindal's shoulders to give the Republican reply to President Obama's semi- State of the Union address to Congress yesterday.....and his performance was.....?

Everyone seems to agree he didn't do so well. Why? Honestly, I tried to listen to what he had to say, but a couple of minutes into the speech his constant-volume voice and recitation like description of how his parents came to the US was a bit too much. The night was still young, but the reviews were out.

Oops.... Depending on how things improve over the next couple of years, Jindal will have to decide if he is going to run in 2012 - but I hope not - he better win if he runs. Seems to be already testing the waters by not accepting stimulus money partially - making Obama wrong even if he's half right.

I did not feel that it was bad ......Jindal did a good job da......I personally feel that it was at the wrong time he gave such a speech. These people are already glorifying Obama and it is not strikingly evident that he is making a mistake.
Had this speech come at a time when Obame makes a mistake, it would have had some impact.
I think this was a gambit by the republicans.

I beg to disagree. Rather than speaking about the stimulus, Jindal took the opportunity to advance his achievements, for which this is not the moment.
